** Overview
* * We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

** About the Role
** As a Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials. You will ensure accurate stock control, efficient warehouse processes aligned with FIFO principles, and strong coordination between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.

You will also play a key role in maintaining SAP data accuracy and supporting both inbound and outbound operations.##
** About the Team / Department
** You will be part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning functions. The team focuses on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth in Saudi Arabia.##
** Responsibilities
* ** Support daily warehouse operations including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods
* Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans
* Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments
* Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving materials
* Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and company policies
* Promote safe warehouse practices and monitor forklift operations in line with safety standards
* Maintain 5S standards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support training and scheduling of warehouse operators##
** Experience You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)
* Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Good communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset##
