To lead and coordinate outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within warehouse capacity and operational constraints.

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on‑time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse admins and outsourced labour for assigned tasks, including picking, loading, off‑loading, segregation, and put‑away, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality and safety compliance by following warehouse quality, safety and security guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller for investigation.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer and cross‑dock operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs, ensuring transparency and operational insights.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and ensure continuous development.
• Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Diploma is required, Bachelor's is preferred
