We're Hiring | Warehouse Assistant
Clay Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of medical and operational inventory while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in timely reordering of clinic products.
- Prepare and issue supplies to clinic departments.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with clinic standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management (healthcare experience is preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good computer and inventory management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
