has Rolex and Tudor presence in Makkah Al Mukarrama, Madinah Al Munawwara, Jeddah, and Riyadh, in addition to service centers in Jeddah and Riyadh.

To ensure availability of the spare parts and tools as required and manage them from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage.

• Ensure the availability of all Spare parts and tools as requested.
• Order spare parts and tools to replenish the stock inventory.
• Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of all spare parts and tools to technicians.

• Conduct a physical count of inventory to ensure that the stock data on paper matches the inventory that’s in the storage.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or variances.
• Generate inventory reports, stock movement reports, and aging stock reports as required.

• Ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and properly filed.
• Adhere to company policies, inventory procedures, and quality standards.
• Support internal audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and inventory software, SAP experience is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
