Job Description
- Monitor day to day receiving of supplies, storing & issuance.
- Ensure all supplies are logged, rated & checked as per agreed specifications.
- Ensure all items are posted as per requisition.
- Ensure proper storage of items with FEFO principle being followed for in house issuance and LIFO for other station supplies.
- Ensure all items are issued correctly, as per requirements and labelled.
- Coordinate with other departments for daily requisitions and stock requirements.
- Ensure operation critical information is recorded and reported such as Nil Stock, Critical Stock to reorder person.
- Ensure random checks of stock to ensure stock integrity.
- Ensure all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety are followed and facilities are kept clean and well maintained.
- Actively take part in the Monthly / Yearly inventory for Food Stores, Non-Food Stores & Sub Stores.
