Reach Truck Operators

Qumreya Company is a facilities management provider serving clients across Saudi Arabia. The company works with public- and private-sector organizations to understand operational requirements and deliver professional, practical service solutions. We are seeking dependable Reach Truck Operators to support safe and efficient warehouse and materials-handling operations in Jeddah.

In this role, you will operate reach trucks to move, stack, retrieve, and stage goods while maintaining an orderly work area and following site safety procedures.

• Operate reach trucks to transport pallets and materials between receiving, storage, and dispatch areas.
• Load and unload goods, place stock in designated racking locations, and retrieve items accurately.
• Complete pre-operation equipment checks and report defects, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow warehouse procedures, traffic routes, load limits, and applicable health and safety requirements.
• Assist with stock movement and inventory checks, and coordinate with warehouse colleagues to meet daily priorities.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and ready for safe operations.

This is an on-site operational position in Jeddah. Candidates should be safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Practical experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to maneuver equipment safely in narrow aisles and around people, racking, and other vehicles.
• Competence in loading, unloading, stacking, and retrieving palletized goods while observing safe load handling.
• Ability to complete pre-use inspections and identify equipment faults or unsafe conditions.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, pedestrian routes, and safe material-handling practices.
• Careful attention to stock labels, storage locations, and movement instructions.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and operational priorities.
• Physical readiness for warehouse duties and willingness to maintain a clean, organized work area.
