Packer and Palletizer

Qumreya Company is a facilities management provider serving clients across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on professional service delivery and practical solutions tailored to client requirements.

We are seeking a dependable Packer and Palletizer to support warehouse and operations activities in Jeddah. In this hands-on role, you will prepare products for storage and dispatch, build stable pallets, and maintain safe, orderly work areas in line with operating procedures.

• Pack, label, and inspect products or materials for accuracy and condition.
• Arrange packed items on pallets according to load, stability, and handling requirements.
• Wrap, secure, and identify completed pallets before moving them to designated areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods using approved manual-handling methods and equipment where authorized.
• Keep packing materials, tools, and workstations organized and report damaged goods or equipment.
• Follow workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures, and coordinate with warehouse colleagues to meet daily priorities.

This position suits a reliable team member who can perform repetitive physical tasks carefully, maintain a steady pace, and contribute to smooth warehouse operations.

• Ability to pack, sort, count, and label products accurately.
• Practical understanding of pallet stacking, load balance, and securing loads for safe handling.
• Careful visual inspection and attention to product condition and order details.
• Ability to follow written or verbal work instructions and basic safety procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive, hands-on work and standing or moving for much of a shift.
• Safe manual handling practices and readiness to use warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Dependability, punctuality, teamwork, and clear communication with warehouse staff.
• Willingness to keep work areas clean and report hazards, damaged items, or supply shortages promptly.
