Warehouse Forklift Operator

CROWN KSA Dammam is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to manage and organize inventory within our fast-paced warehouse environment This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow and accurate record-keeping

• Operate forklifts sit-down stand-up reach truck etc safely and efficiently to load unload stack and move materials within the warehouse
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment ensuring correct product and quantity
• Maintain organized inventory by correctly placing materials in designated storage areas
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete CROWN Americas LLC's forklift training and certification program.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
