Duties Performed To Support The Department’s Vision- Review incoming tax returns and payments to ensure necessary information is included
- Complete data entry tasks to input tax return figures and taxpayer information
- Research and error correct business tax returns to ensure timely processing
- Correspond with both internal and external customers about tax processing
- Assist taxpayers with filing issues and promote electronic filing options, via phone and email correspondence
Reliable Computer Literacy Motivated
Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
Qualifications- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Proficient typing and computer skills
