Jobot is seeking an experienced estimator/project manager to lead field staff on complex heavy civil projects, managing all scopes including structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water. The role ensures quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 per year.

The Estimator/Project Manager will lead field staff, managing all scopes (structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water), providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality, timely and on‑budget completion of projects.
Requirements- BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field
- Minimum 5–7+ years as a Construction Project Manager with general contracting experience on sitework and heavy civil projects
- Knowledgeable of all project scopes, even if one area is stronger than another
