She Recruits is pleased to present a leadership opportunity for a Radiation Oncologist to oversee a well-established outpatient program in Jefferson City, Missouri just a short drive from the dynamic university town of Columbia, MO. This is a full-time role with no call responsibilities and the chance to step into a practice with built-in referrals and excellent multidisciplinary support.

Position Highlights

• Step into a clinical leadership role with the autonomy to shape and grow the radiation oncology program

• Consistent patient volume with an average of 10 active treatment patients per day, 2 3 new consults weekly, and follow-up visits

• Collaborate with an experienced team of radiation therapists and nurses, with access to a larger radiation oncology network for physics and dosimetry support

• Enjoy regular business hours with no night, weekend, or hospital call

• Use of advanced treatment platforms including Varian True Beam, Eclipse TPS, GE Discovery CT Simulator, and ARIA/Epic systems

• In-house referral streams from oncology, gynecology, and urology specialists ensure a steady caseload

• Work closely with a highly collaborative care team dedicated to quality and access in cancer treatment

• Opportunity to connect with a broader oncology network for clinical trials, protocol development, and research referrals

• Full onboarding and systems training support provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary, followed by RVU-based productivity model

Who We re Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist

• Comfortable working independently while leading a cohesive team

• Proficient in IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, 3D CRT, and SRS

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must
