Responsibilities:The SVP will also oversee the day-to-day and strategic management of real estate servicing functions, including loan lifecycle administration, payment processing, escrow account management, delinquency monitoring, and default-resolution activities. The executive will ensure servicing operations are efficient, compliant, member-focused, and aligned with portfolio performance and risk-management objectives.
