Location: Office of State Courts Administrator, Jefferson City, MO
Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 (base pay only; does not include time-of-service differential)

Responsibilities- Perform basic research, compile and analyze data, and provide recommendations based on findings that may influence court system policies and procedures.
- Prepare training material and conduct training for local or regional seminars to familiarize court personnel with new or changed court rules and procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance of handbooks for court personnel on required and recommended uniform procedures related to day‑to‑day court administration.
- Assist with identification of business and product requirements for the automated case management system; develop functional specifications for product enhancements and reports; test product delivery; and draft procedures for new product deliveries.
- Provide technical assistance to juvenile and family courts, including court‑run juvenile detention and residential facilities.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management.
Additional experience above the minimum may be substituted on a year‑for‑year basis for the required education.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of the principles and practices of modern court management.
- Experience with automated operations systems such as Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to analyze problems and needs and make effective recommendations.
- Ability to travel to the courts to provide onsite technical and administrative assistance; some positions require extensive overnight travel.
- Some knowledge of juvenile and family courts preferred.
