Shift: Mon - Friday; 6:30am to 3pm, rotating day off, will take call.
Department: Operating Room CRMC

• Base Pay Range: Surgery Tech: $22.00 - $34.74 per hour, based on experience
• Special Pay: Additional $2.50 per hour until Feb 28, 2026
• Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away
• Retention Reward (Option
  1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000
• Student Loan Repayment (Option
  2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
• One (1) year of experience as a surgical technologist; or completion of an accredited surgical tech program, the MU Health Care Surgical Tech program, or military training may be substituted for the experience.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or Certified Operating Room Surgical Technician (CORST) certification by National Health career Association (NHA), or Technician in Surgery—Certified (TS-C) certification by National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
• Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
