You'll also help monitor client well-being, communicate important updates to the team, and ensure everyone stays safe and connected to the care they need.

- Provide daily support to clients in a safe and welcoming environment
- Help lead or support group activities that promote learning and wellness

- Assist clients with daily living tasks like meals, hygiene, and routines
- Be an active team member focused on each client’s needs and progress
- Drive clients to appointments or outings when needed
- Follow program guidelines and complete all required training
- Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to substance use and mental health treatment
- Strong ability to establish rapport with the client population
- Capable of clear and effective verbal and written communication for reporting
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding towards clients
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of responsible employment history preferred
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect checks
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
- First Aid and CPR certifications within 30 days of employment, with annual renewals
- Completion of behavioral management training within the first 30 days of employment
