Base Pay Range: Surg Tech Certified: $23.98 - $34.74 per hour, based on experience

Special Pay: Additional $2.50 per hour until February 28, 2026

Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000

Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away

Retention Reward (Option
1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

Student Loan Repayment (Option
2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), or Certified Operating Room Surgical Technician (CORST) certification by National Health career Association (NHA), or Technician in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) certification by National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
