The Mid-level Developer/Analyst position supports the business processes of MTW Solutions through application design, development, customization and implementation of COMPAS™, an unemployment insurance audit system. A Mid-level Developer/Analyst is expected to demonstrate intermediate application development skills acquired through a combination of required education and professional experience. They will contribute to the complete life‑cycle of the software development process, including analysis, design, programming assignments, builds, deployments, and database updates for COMPAS.

The role includes in‑house training, ongoing mentoring, and increasing autonomy as project knowledge grows. Communication with clients and team members is a core responsibility, ensuring clarity on requirements, triaging issues, and supporting client sessions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a heavy emphasis in Information Systems plus a minimum of three years professional experience in software development and/or support.
• Experience developing desktop and server applications with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Experience with XML, JSON and SQL.
• Experience implementing basic relational database concepts.
• Experience with object‑oriented development principles.
• Experience testing programs and developing test scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks required for access to customer environments.

• Contribute to the technical research and development of new product features.
