* About the Role:

** As Systems Architect, you will design, implement, and manage complex multi-tiered architecture and enterprise applications that align with organizational goals. You'll analyze user needs, create system architecture plans, select appropriate technologies, and collaborate across IS teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and efficient. This role is hands-on, leading setup and migration of cloud-based and on-premises environments to ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime.

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* Experience:

5+ years in enterprise technical systems design, administration, and implementation
* Expertise and leadership in system design (cloud, on-premises, hybrid) and proficiency in multiple programing languages: .NET, Java, Python, C++)
* Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops, ITIL/ITSM, governance, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, databases, and security principles.
* Demonstrated success in structured project delivery, spring cycles, timeboxed work, metrics-driven tracking, and cross-team coordination to establish dependencies and milestone are met
* Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex to convey complex systems to diverse audiences
* Proven ability to set standards, foster collaboration, and drive accountability with transparent progress tracking
* Commitment to confidentiality, security, and integrity of organizational and client data
* Collaborates across infrastructure, application, security, and data teams to design and directly implement systems tailored to meet business requirements
* Configures, deploys, and integrates hardware, software, network, and database systems to meet business requirements
* Builds and implements system components, including writing scripts, developing automation, and coding integrations as needed
* Provides expertise throughout development and implementation phases
* Creates and executes strategies for system construction, maintenance, and growth
* Recommends resource allocation for computing, storage, and networking
* Maintains architectural documentation for new and existing systems
* Supports cloud-based initiatives through technology design and implementation
* Ensures scalability, reliability, and security of systems within budget
* Evaluates new platforms, tools, practices, and methodologies and recommend integration strategies to enhance our environment
* Researches and prototype new solutions using cloud platforms and integration tools to determine suitability for our organization
