As Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining software delivery processes. You’ll design and manage CI/CD pipelines, oversee cloud infrastructure, and implement infrastructure as code. This role ensures development, testing, deployment, and monitoring are efficient, secure, and scalable, enabling the organization to deliver technology solutions with speed and reliability.

• CI/CD Pipeline:
  Design, build, and maintain automated systems for continuous integration and delivery.
• Deployment & Configuration:
  Deploy applications, manage configurations, and orchestrate containers across environments.
• Security:
  Implement and enforce security policies, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.
• Incident Management:
  Troubleshoot issues across internal, cloud, and third‑party systems to maintain reliability.

• Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years in enterprise technical systems administration and implementation with similar duties.

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, scripting/programming, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and deployments via Octopus Deploy, AutoRABIT ARM, Azure Dev Ops, Git.
• Proven success in structured project delivery: sprint cycles, time‑boxed work, and metrics‑driven tracking.
• Skilled in cross‑team coordination, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones are consistently met.

Candidates must reside in our Loan Service Area (Missouri). Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO. All other FCS Financial Branch Locations will be considered in our Loan Servicing Area.

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Hybrid work environment and flexible work schedule will be considered based off of the candidates' qualifications and needs.

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise technical systems administration and implementation with similar duties.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, implementation and supporting SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services.
• Working knowledge of security principles and encryption.
• Skill in establishing and utilizing testing environments and plans to ensure applications perform as designed.
• Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find a resolution.
