IT​/OT Specialist

Job Description

• The IT/OT Specialist is responsible for providing on-site IT and Operational Technology support across office and shop floor environments.
• This role supports end users, factory-managed assets, and IT/OT cybersecurity operations while ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant systems within the manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in IT support.
• Experience using Service Now IT Enterprise Platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• End-user and desk-side IT support in enterprise environments.
• Supporting factory-managed IT and OT assets.
• Exposure to IT/OT cybersecurity operational tasks.

• Provide desk-side support for end users, IT equipment, software, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas.
• Deliver on-site IT support for factory or site-owned and managed assets.
• Support both office IT and shop floor IT/OT operational assets including kiosks, printers, conference rooms, vendor machines, CCTV, security systems, badging, and MES scanners.
• Perform IT/OT cybersecurity first responder tasks, including incident investigation, scope identification, containment, and remediation under guidance.
• Identify and document critical factory assets requiring monitoring and protection.
• Install and configure security patches and remediation measures on critical assets.
• Monitor OT systems and report abnormal behavior or security events to incident response teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure OT systems and security patches are properly configured and maintained.
• Implement security measures for business-managed assets under guidance from global cybersecurity teams and factory process engineers.
• Support IT/OT DMZ environments as required.

• ITIL 4 certification preferred.
