Jefferson City, Missouri (Remote with approximately 2 weeks onsite per quarter)

Duration:
Up to 5 years (with potential for extension)

W2 Hourly Rate: $80-95/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Training Manager who will support our client on the State of Missouri Conne Xion Implementation Support Services project. This role will coordinate statewide training readiness across project phases, align training activities with release schedules, and work closely with the DMH Training Team, State Project Manager, Solution Vendor, and IV&V. The Training Manager will support training content development when assigned, ensure accessibility compliance, and monitor statewide participation and completion.

Duties:
  • Coordinate all training activities across project phases and work closely with the DMH Training Team, State Project Manager, Solution Vendor, and IV&V to ensure statewide training readiness.
  • Support development and review of training content when assigned and align training activities with project release schedules.
  • Coordinate statewide or large-scale training delivery and training logistics, including readiness activities for onsite training periods.
  • Ensure training materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
  • Monitor statewide training participation and completion, including attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate training readiness across multiple releases, testing cycles, and go-lives.
  • Use LMS platforms, training development tools, and project collaboration tools to support training delivery and tracking.
  • Maintain 100% dedication to the Conne Xion project and support anticipated onsite training for approximately two weeks once per quarter.
Mandatory

Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience coordinating or managing training programs for large enterprise implementations, Medicaid transformation initiatives, or multi-site system rollouts.
  • Experience with adult learning principles, statewide or large-scale training delivery, and training logistics.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, training development tools such as Articulate or Captivate, and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and ADO.
  • Experience ensuring training materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
  • Ability to be 100% dedicated to the Conne Xion project.
  • Experience with training readiness coordination, attendance tracking, content review, and reporting.
  • Ability to support anticipated onsite training for approximately two weeks once per quarter.
Desirable

Qualifications:
  • Experience aligning training to Agile/Waterfall release cycles and UAT preparation.
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Experience managing training for a large government healthcare or Medicaid system implementation, particularly a distributed training team and training coordinated across multiple releases, testing cycles, and go-lives.
