Job Title:Technical Trainer (Conne Xion Implementation)
Location:Jefferson City, Missouri (Remote with approximately 2 weeks onsite per quarter; Central Time Zone)
Duration:Up to 5 years (with potential for extension)
W2 Hourly Rate:$60-75/hour

Overview:We are seeking Trainers who will support our State of Missouri client on the Conne Xion Implementation Support Services project. You will be part of a team of trainers that will deliver training across project phases and coordinate closely with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) Training Team, State Project Manager, Solution Vendor, and IV&V to support statewide training readiness and successful system adoption.
The roleisprimarily remote, with projected onsite training in Jefferson City for approximately two weeks once per quarter; onsite plans may change based on client needs.
- Deliver training across project phases for the Conne Xion implementation, supporting statewide and large-scale system adoption.
- Coordinate with the DMH Training Team, State Project Manager, Solution Vendor, and IV&V to support training readiness and delivery.
- Apply adult learning principles and support training logistics for distributed learner audiences.
- Use LMS platforms and training development tools such as Articulate and Captivate to support training delivery and content activities.
- Use collaboration and project tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to coordinate training activities.
- Ensure training materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
- Support training readiness coordination, attendance tracking, content review, and training reporting.
- Participate in projected onsite training in Jefferson City for approximately two weeks once per quarter, subject to client plans and project needs.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of training experience for large enterprise implementations, Medicaid transformation initiatives, or multi-site system rollouts.
- Experience with adult learning principles, statewide or large-scale training delivery, and training logistics.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, training development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and ADO.
- Ability to ensure all training materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
- Ability to be 100% dedicated to the Conne Xion project.
- Experience supporting training readiness coordination, attendance tracking, content review, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience aligning training activities to Agile and/or Waterfall release cycles and UAT preparation.
- Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM) frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Experience supporting government healthcare or Medicaid system implementations and statewide or multi-site rollouts.
- Prior experience working as part of a coordinated or distributed training team is desirable.
