Central Bank in the United States is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer to manage users, licenses, and CRM configurations. You will configure workflows, dashboards, and reports while collaborating with business users to gather requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Dynamics CRM experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a BS in CS/IT. Knowledge of banking operations and Jira/Agile is a plus;
Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
