Infrastructure Engineer - Vulnerability, Devops & Automation

Job Summary Lead and execute infrastructure vulnerability remediation for Windows and Linux servers, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.  r n
• Plan, coordinate, and support automated operating system patching across production and non-production environments with minimal downtime.  r n
• Collaborate with application teams, risk management, and IT stakeholders to validate systems before and after patching activities.  r n
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, backlog refinement, and peer reviews to prioritize remediation efforts and deliver results on schedule.  r n
• Support Change Management processes, including contributing to Service Now change requests, obtaining approvals, and documenting risks associated with patching initiatives.  r n
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patching or remediation that impact system stability, performance, and compliance.  r n
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to infrastructure automation and patching process enhancements, engaging with Dev Ops and automation communities of practice.  r n
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with internal security policies by proactively addressing vulnerabilities across diverse enterprise environments.  r n
• Communicate patching schedules, expectations, and validation requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  r n
• Mentor and collaborate with peers within Infrastructure Vulnerability Dev Ops teams to maintain secure, highly available systems.  r n
• Maintain proficient working knowledge of key tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Git. r n.SKILL REQUIREMENTS r n
• Bachelor  s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  r n
• Strong engineering skills and experience supporting large scale deployment of Windows Servers and Linux Servers.  r n
• Expertise in Dev Ops with Git repo.  r n
• Hands-on experience in authoring Automation (prefer Ansible but any flavor).  r n
• Demonstrated capability in vulnerability remediation.  r n
• Proven experience in Windows Server and Linux OS patching.  r n
• Proficient troubleshooting skills with a focus on system stability, performance, and compliance.  r n
• Solid experience with tools such as Git, VSCode, Windsurf AI, and Copilot.  r n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
