Voss Distributing is hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for our Red Bull distribution facility in Jefferson City, MO. This role is responsible for inventory control, team leadership, safety, and ensuring on‑time product flow to support sales and delivery operations.

This is a hands‑on management position ideal for an experienced warehouse supervisor, warehouse lead, or operations manager who enjoys leading a small team and staying actively involved in day‑to‑day warehouse work.

• Manage all daily warehouse operations
  , including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound loading.
• Lead, train, and supervise a small team of warehouse employees.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, proper rotation, and product handling.
• Load and unload delivery trucks to meet route and delivery schedules.
• Regularly operate forklifts and 26’ box trucks.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and Red Bull operational requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to support business needs.

• 2–3 years of warehouse management or supervisor experience
  , OR 5+ years of warehouse experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience with inventory management and logistics operations
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) for the past 5 years, No DUI charges in the last 5 years)
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be 21 years of age

• Forklift certification
• Distribution, beverage, or CPG warehouse experience
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles
