• Plan and schedule customer orders to align with delivery dates and production schedules.
• Control production schedules and coordinate material requirements for a smooth flow of approved materials.
• Support local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner, and Material Planner.
• Implement planning technology solutions locally.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements, promoting customer satisfaction.
• Develop long-term continuous improvement programs with customers, vendors, and transportation groups.
• Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies to achieve operating efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced staff.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree in a business or related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Must have work authorization to permanently work for Hitachi Energy in the US.
• Prior experience in planning and scheduling is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Prefer SAP experience.
• Strong coordinating skills to manage multiple logistics responsibilities.
