Fabricator 2nd Shift

Fabricator 2nd Shift (2PM - 10PM) – $28.10 per hour

This position ensures overall quality of assemblies and processes in chiller unit production, focusing on quality systems and processes at dedicated work stations.

• Works from verbal and/or written instructions from supervisor and engineers.
• Sets up and operates CNC fabricators, shear, spot weld and press brake equipment per print.
• Fabricates parts using various sheet metal fabricating tools and machines.
• Sets up fabrication equipment to produce parts to print, operating all department equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
• Inputs programs in CNC controls and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Inspects and ensures overall quality of fabricated parts.
• Reports inferior defects and non-conforming parts to supervisor.
• Works with engineering to produce parts to print.
• Keeps accurate inventory of tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in fabricating parts.
