The Role You ve Been Looking For As a Full Time Bindery Utility at Modern Litho and play a key role in our production team. You ll handle tasks like collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing materials, while also entering time and material data into our system. You ll help keep machines running smoothly by performing cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.

This fast-paced role offers hands-on work, problem-solving, and the chance to take ownership of your tasks. While your work is supervised, you ll have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow with a supportive team.

• Stitching and punching documents
• Coiling and cutting materials
• Gluing pages or covers
• Cleaning equipment regularly
• Performing basic preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise
• Following general guidelines and job specifications
• Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors

• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket
• Requires problem-solving ability
• Must have strong attendance and good work ethic
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
• Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift

• 9:00pm - 7:00am Monday - Thursday
