Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation Hitachi Energy is seeking a Hourly Team Member for its Jefferson City, MO location. This role is responsible for the manufacturing of single phase and three phase padmount distribution transformers.

• Steel fabrication
• welding
• internal electrical assembly
• component marshalling
• core coil assembly
• coil winding
• painting
• cabinet assembly
• final assembly and repair positions
• Operation of machinery & equipment used in transformer manufacturing and operating forklifts
• Perform additional tasks as required

• High School degree, GED or equivalent
• Ability to work any shift and overtime, as needed
• Ability to work well with other Team Members, perform high-quality work in a safe manner to achieve Section goals
• Can follow detailed work instructions
• Prior manufacturing or welding experience is preferred
• Successful completion of the post-offer pre-employment process
