Join Jefferson City Medical Group as an advanced practice provider in our dynamic Family Medicine Clinic. This role allows you to work independently while being supported by the organization.

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a family medicine setting.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective care.
• Manage and coordinate patient treatment plans, follow‑ups, and preventive services.

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current, active license as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
• Or, degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Current, active license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Missouri.

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with no weekend duties.

• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000.
• Productivity bonus paid quarterly.
