As the RN Director of Nursing, you will oversee the overall nursing care and services provided at our facility. You will lead a team of skilled nurses and caregivers, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and supervising nursing staff.
• Communicating with Nurses, CNAs, CMTs, Physicians, and families to foster a collaborative environment.
• Problem‑solving and addressing any issues that arise to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Previous nursing leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and management.
• Problem‑solving, empathetic, and customer‑centric mindset.
