Competitive Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

As a Full‑Time CNA at Jefferson City Manor, you will oversee the care routines of residents, ensuring their personal needs are met with compassion and dignity. You will work closely with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans, mentor new CNAs, conduct assessments, and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for our senior residents.

• Supervise daily care routines for residents, ensuring high standards of personal care and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Mentor and train new CNAs, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health status and provide timely feedback to the nursing team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to build trust and maintain open lines of communication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent credential.
• Experience using care management software and documenting resident activities.
• Strong observational skills to identify changes in residents’ health.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment and mentor junior staff.
