What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized, skilled nursing care in a home environment
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
• Educate and support clients and their families

What You'll Need:

• Active Missouri or Compact State nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
