CNA Night Shift

Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team

As a Night Shift CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence while working alongside an experienced nursing team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in accordance with each resident's care plan

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility or adaptive equipment

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse

• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments by changing linens, clothing, and incontinent products as needed

• Make occupied and unoccupied beds while ensuring resident comfort and skin integrity

• Answer resident call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding when appropriate

• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines

• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team

• Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers

• Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in good standing

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team

• Previous experience as a CNA in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Assisted Living community

• Experience providing direct resident care and assisting with activities of daily living
