American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of labor and postpartum experience and MO or compact RN licensure.
Requirements- Active MO or Compact RN license in hand required
- BLS, ALS/ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and postpartum required
- Scrub experience preferred
- Ability to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
- LDRP unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:00)
- Every other weekend required
- One holiday required, with 50% holiday coverage on contract
- Floating required within Maternal/Child units as needed
- Cerner charting system preferred
- Work in a 24/7 healthcare facility, including during inclement weather
- Routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Candidates residing 51-74 miles away may be offered a local rate
- Maximum RTO of 10 days, none permitted during the first week due to orientation
