Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The NP/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in wellness treatment, such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1s and aesthetic services, along with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
• Perform BHRT insertions and and BHRT cream management.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP) in [specialty, if applicable].
• Current Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferred.
• Experience in wellness treatments (HRT, GLP-1s) and aesthetic services.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• CPR/BLA certification required.

Genesis is looking to add a new practitioner to our growing team! We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused professional who is passionate about wellness and aesthetics and excited to help our practice continue to grow.

Schedule: Full-time, four-day workweek

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no evening or weekend hours

Primary Responsibilities: Providing wellness services, including medical weight management and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), as well as aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers.
