Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Advisor to join our growing team. The role is performance‑driven and focuses on delivering insurance and advisory strategies to medium‑size companies and large Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will use consultative‑selling techniques and face‑to‑face meetings with key executives to reduce insurance dependency and boost performance, consistently exceeding quota.

• Develop a lead generation plan for obtaining new clients.
• Execute the plan using a variety of techniques, such as cold calls, referrals, industry events, market research, Linked In, etc.
• Engage in the discovery process for all sales opportunities to understand the prospect’s top needs.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, proactively providing insight into industry trends, solutions, and business advice.
• Develop comprehensive, professional presentations that address key business problems and pain points.
• Assist in coordinating and developing client proposals, providing guidance and market intelligence; collaborate with the service team to deliver proposals that meet or exceed standards.
• Learn and fully utilize the agency’s sales tracking technology to forecast sales, report pipeline progress, and maintain up‑to‑date activity reports.
• Track sales successes and efforts.

• Experience improving Customer Service operations.
• Willingness to participate in self‑development or technical classes.
• Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in insurance‑specific consultation and sales (preferred).
• Current Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Ability to work toward a professional designation.
