Join Septagon Construction as a concrete lead to guide skilled and semi‑skilled workers on construction projects throughout Jefferson City, MO. This experienced level role requires a passion for precision, quality craftsmanship, and leadership across diverse commercial and renovation projects.

• Lead and direct skilled, semi‑skilled, and unskilled workers on site, taking over as foreman when absent.
• Prepare surfaces and conduct all manual tasks related to concrete work, including formwork, pouring, and finishing.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, complying with OSHA 10‑hour standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Assist other craft workers as needed and support overall project execution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete trades with expertise in forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10‑hour construction certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability skills.
