Electrical Technician

Line Wirer 2nd Shift

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Base Pay: $32.91 /hr

Shift Differential: $5.00 /hr (2nd & 3rd Shift)

We are seeking a skilled Line Wirer to join our manufacturing team in producing high-quality chillers for data centers. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels.
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs.
• Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols and company standards.

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including proper handling of gases and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• High school diploma or GED required.
