C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Receiving Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Receiving Specialist: $33.57/hr.; day shift (6-12 month assignment)

Responsibilities for Receiving Specialist:

perform data analysis of inventory and invoicing discrepancies
research and resolve inventory and pricing discrepancies, while monitoring and maintaining internal reporting tools to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability
serve as support to the receiving and inventory teams to meet daily production requirements
work on assigned projects with internal and external teams to improve inbound material delivery processes
facilitate communication between internal and external parties to resolve receiving and inventory issues

Requirements for Receiving Specialist:

SAP & Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to create pivots and VLOOKUP's
ability to use of SAP and WMS systems for research, report and replenishment
generation, and execution of approved adjustments
ability to process and organize information and provide accurate and prompt responses
strong aptitude, problem solving and communication skills with attention to detail
