JLG Industries, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Paint Prep I to prepare parts for painting, including wiping, sanding, inspecting, plugging, and masking components. The role also involves removing moisture/debris, hanging parts with overhead hoists, and ensuring parts meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting finished parts, addressing paint defects, and safely operating forklifts or tuggers while maintaining inventory and 6S standards in a manufacturing setting.
