• Operate molding machines safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Perform machine checks and monitor production processes throughout the shift.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
• Record quality inspection results and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and report defects, quality issues, or equipment concerns.
• Package finished products according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using measuring devices and inspection tools is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Good visual acuity for inspecting products and identifying defects.

What You Will Do

As a Manual Mold Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
