• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee or compact state)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
• Must reside at least 50 miles from Jefferson City, TN

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, recovery, and discharge planning
• Float to other units as required to support hospital staffing needs
