Aerotek is hiring a Quality Lead for our Jefferson, GA site. The role oversees audits, drives continuous quality improvements, and ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. You will train plant personnel, investigate issues using RCCA, and track KPIs to enable operational excellence.
This contract-to-hire position runs 6:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday, in a plant environment. It offers a strong rewards package and opportunities to lead a quality team.
