Assistant Residential Group Home Manager - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Role: Assistant Residential Manager for a community-based group home supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Provide direct care, including medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Coach, support, and supervise staff to ensure quality care and adherence to person-centered plans.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Support behavior management and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Document care activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Promote dignity, independence, and inclusion for individuals served.

• Experience in caregiving or supervisory roles in a residential or community setting preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow person-centered plans and support individual needs.
• Knowledge of medication administration, behavior support, and safety protocols.
