Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Food & GMP Manufacturing
3 or more years of supervisory experience in a highly-regulated, quality-focused manufacturing or food production environment is required for this position. This is a 2nd shift position, with M-F hours from 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM and two Saturdays per month when needed. Salary is up to $75,000 based on experience. Time and a half is paid for all hours worked on Saturday plus bonus potential.
Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. No remote as this is a 100% onsite position. Full-time, permanent W‑2 employee. Full benefits. No relocation. Located in the Jefferson, Wisconsin area.

Duties and Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments.
- Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets.
- Champion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness.
- Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- A minimum of 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Experience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A solid work history.
