When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring an experienced Production Area Lead to join our 1st shift team.

Support production teams by promoting people and food safety while encouraging teamwork to meet and exceed production goals.

Monitor production lines to ensure daily schedule attainment and proper material usage.

Work with supervisor to ensure policy and procedure are followed; participating in projects as needed to address issues and make improvements.

Demonstrate working knowledge of manufacturing equipment to determine when to escalated mechanical concerns to leadership.

Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 1-3 years’ experience with manufacturing to motivate your team to deliver daily production goals.

Organized and holistic approach to staffing to ensure adequate headcount for attainment of daily schedule; collaborating with production admin as needed to adjust numbers.

Dedicated team leader who encourages and inspires team members to perform at their highest levels.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
