The Picker/Packer inspects, bandings, and shrink‑wraps stacks of finished labels, assembles and packs boxes of finished labels, and maintains safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. This entry‑level role is intended to grow into other positions within the company.

• Compensation: $19.00‑$20.00/hr

• Paid Holidays:
  New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays

• Inspects finished labels to ensure quality.
• Bands and shrink wraps stacks of finished labels.
• Assembles corrugated boxes or trays.
• Packs finished labels in boxes for shipment.
• Stacks boxes on pallet for shipment.
• Completes required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Operates a pallet jack.
• Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures, other work instructions, and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMA SAFE, HACCP) as applicable.
• Interacts and behaves professionally, treating all associates respectfully and maintaining the company code of ethics.
• Maintains daily housekeeping efforts which may include painting and cleaning of facility (interior and exterior).
• Travels as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to spend full shift standing.
• Positive attitude.
• Physical demands: standing, using hands to feel and touch, reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
• Frequent walking required.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
