Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the seamless operation of critical infrastructure by performing expert-level repairs and preventative maintenance. You will play a vital role in optimizing system reliability and safety, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to maintain high-performance standards across our facility.

• Execute complex mechanical repairs, including refrigerant pump-outs and the replacement of critical system valves and components.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting on warehouse equipment to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize precision diagnostic instruments, such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges, to calibrate and validate system performance.
• Conduct rigorous safety inspections and OSHA-mandated equipment testing to ensure a secure working environment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation within our CMMS to track maintenance history and asset lifecycle.
• Uphold 6S organizational standards to promote a clean, efficient, and safe workspace.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical systems repair.
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and adhere to strict safety protocols.
• Demonstrated commitment to precision and operational excellence.

• Direct experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and related cooling infrastructure.
• Prior certification or specialized training in industrial refrigeration.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
