Join St. Coletta of Wisconsin to provide client care as a 3rd Shift DSP/Caregiver.
DescriptionDirect Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in our Jefferson group homes. St. Coletta leads in residential, vocational, and educational services for adults with developmental disabilities, offering an excellent opportunity for a 3rd Shift DSP/Caregiver.

Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living skills and provide personal cares.
- Prepare for the next day by packing lunches and completing housework.
- Transport clients locally within Jefferson/Fort Atkinson area.
- Maintain accurate reports and a clean, safe environment.
No previous DSP or caregiver experience required; all paid classroom and on-the-job training is provided. After training, you will be a CBRF‑certified DSP.

- High School Diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training/experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record; must maintain vehicle insurance.
- Ability to transport clients and drive for work purposes.
- Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities preferred; ability to de‑escalate behavior issues.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs; occasional stair or bending required.
